Sarah and Harvey Penner are a husband-and-wife real estate team with RE/MAX One Group, bringing together two very different career paths and one shared goal: helping Winnipeg families find a place to call home.


Sarah spent years working in social services before finding her way into real estate, where that same instinct to genuinely help people found a new outlet. She thrives on exceeding expectations for her clients, and outside of work she's a devoted wife and mom who values an active lifestyle — balancing family time with fitness and staying involved in the day-to-day moments that matter most.


Harvey brings a different but complementary background: over a decade in healthcare, working in critical care and eventually moving into management, all built around a deep commitment to caring for the people entrusted to him. Becoming a dad shifted everything — family became the priority, and Harvey found a new way to carry that same dedication into real estate, helping clients and young families find homes that fit their lives.


Together, Sarah and Harvey are raising two young boys, and that same hands-on, family-first energy carries into how they work — rooted in family, driven by honest guidance, local expertise, and genuine care for every client they work with.
